My career is rooted in building and leading businesses of all shapes and sizes—starting them, growing them, leading teams through transitions, and helping owners make decisions that move things forward. This wide range of experience is what shapes my work today.

Along the way, I've owned multiple companies, doubled revenues, led large teams, sold a seven-figure hospitality business, worked in writing and publishing, and supported founders through major transitions. I've experienced the challenges, risks and rewards of business ownership first-hand, and that perspective influences everything I do.

I bring a lot of energy and enthusiasm to my work. I ask questions, connect the dots, challenge conventional thinking and usually have no shortage of ideas. I get genuinely invested in the businesses and people I work with, and there's nothing more satisfying than seeing a good idea become something real and effective.
