My career is rooted in building and leading businesses of all shapes and sizes—starting them, growing them, leading teams through chaos, and helping owners make decisions that move things forward. This wide range of experience is what shapes my coaching practice today.

After owning multiple companies myself: doubling revenues, leading large teams, selling a 7-figure hospitality business, writing, publishing, and supporting founders through major transitions—I discovered that my strength isn’t just in doing the work. It’s in helping other leaders think clearly about their strategy and direction, both personally and professionally.
