Hi, I’m Dawn Postnikoff

My strength is in making things happen. In my own life and for my clients. I am a connector, builder and problem solver. I am passionate about business strategy and creative projects and am always looking for new ways to approach a situation. I love my work and am at the top of my game.

I am the “B to Y” of getting from “A to Z”. The path.

I have worked for large corporations, led hundreds of projects, consulted with successful business owners, bought a business, grew a business, started a business, sold a business, half-retired from a business. I have secured venture capital, sold millions of dollars worth of value to other business owners and still own a 7-figure business. I have led and mentored others. I have written code, designed menus, published magazines, produced videos and co-authored books. I am a business leader, sales strategist, transition consultant, entrepreneur, restaurateur, mentor, cook, author, wife, mother and a friend, I have made mistakes and have overcome adversity. I have also travelled the world, run marathons, raised 5 children and yes, I consider myself successful and happy. I bring all that I am to everything I do, and I stand out by being real.

I want to inspire others to embrace change, explore possibilities and find joy in authentic experiences.

My Approach

It all begins with a challenge. Maybe you want to double your sales revenues, change your business model or look at a new marketing strategy. Or maybe you want to spend more time working “on your business” rather than “in your business”. Whatever it is, new perspective will bring clarity.

I work on a project-by-project basis. I am not a life coach, and will not tell you how to run your business. But I will help you get things done. The right things.

Planning

Amongst other things, I recommend a one-page business plan which can be referred to often. Not a binder that is stored on the shelf, but a poster on the wall which clearly shows values, goals, priorities, KPI’s and actions to keep you on track.

Execution

A plan means nothing without successful execution — whether you’re introducing a new product line, changing your marketing strategy, producing a video, writing a book or revamping your business model altogether.
