When your business is in transition, the most expensive thing you can do is navigate it without the right person in your corner.

WORKING WITH ME

JOIN A TEC PEER GROUP

As a TEC Chair, I bring together curious, forward-thinking business leaders who want fresh insights and a place to think out loud without judgement. Blundstones to Boardrooms. I facilitate regular, confidential peer advisory sessions where we share experiences, tackle issues together, challenge assumptions, listen to world-class speakers, and get to the heart of what actually matters in business and personal growth. All while having fun and sharing some laughs.

I also coach each member one-to-one — asking the tough questions and helping them navigate the complexities of business and life in general. My role is part strategist, part sounding board, part accountability partner, and part cheerleader.

The goal? Clarity. Momentum. Better decisions. And doing leadership together rather than alone.

 About TEC Canada

GET THE OUTSIDE VIEW

Most business owners are too close to their own business to see it clearly—it’s what happens when you’re in something every day.

The Outside View is a two-phase engagement designed to give just that: an outside perspective. It begins with a structured diagnostic — an active 4–6 week assessment that examines your business across eight critical areas and delivers a clear, written Strategic Assessment and Priority Action Plan. For most owners, that's where the real work begins.

The second phase — the Navigation Program — takes that foundation and turns it into forward motion. Using higher-order thinking tools and a disciplined framework, we map where you are, get clear on where you want to go, take stock of what you have to work with, and build the recipe to get there. Then we execute — together, over months, not weeks.

Sharing some thoughts…

    • Do you understand what's actually happening in your business right now?

    • Are you seeing reality, or the story you've been telling yourself?

    • Do you have the information you need to make good decisions?

    • How motivated and engaged do you feel about your business?

    • Are you energized by your work, or drained by it?

    • Are you surrounded by people who fuel your momentum or deplete it?

    • Do you know what deserves your attention right now?

    • Can you distinguish between urgent and important?

    • Are you making progress, or just staying busy?

THE STRATEGY FRAMEWORK

A Diagnostic Tool for Leaders

CLARITY + ENERGY + FOCUS = STRATEGY

Strategy doesn't come from more planning. It emerges when three things align: Clarity, Energy, and Focus. When any one is missing, leaders get stuck — spinning on decisions, losing momentum, or working hard on the wrong things. I use this framework to help business owners quickly identify where the real work needs to happen, so they can stop overthinking and start moving.
