As a TEC Chair, I bring together curious, forward-thinking business leaders who want fresh insights and a place to think out loud without judgement. I facilitate regular, confidential peer advisory sessions where we share experiences, tackle issues together, challenge assumptions, listen to world-class speakers, and get to the heart of what actually matters in business and personal growth. All while having fun and sharing some laughs.
I also coach each member one-to-one — asking the tough questions and helping them navigate the complexities of business and life in general. My role is part strategist, part sounding board, part accountability partner, and part cheerleader.
The goal? Clarity. Momentum. Better decisions. And doing leadership together rather than alone.

Every business reaches a point where an outside perspective can make all the difference.
Sometimes it's a leadership team trying to decide where to invest next. Sometimes it's a business preparing for growth, repositioning its brand, navigating ownership transition, or launching a new initiative. Other times it's an organization that simply needs an experienced executive to step in, ask the right questions, and help move an important project forward.
My work is intentionally hands-on and tailored to each engagement — providing strategic advice, interim leadership, facilitation, and project support where it can have the greatest impact.
Every engagement is different. Some begin with The Outside View, a structured assessment that helps identify opportunities, challenges, and priorities. Others begin with a conversation and evolve from there. The approach depends entirely on the organization and the challenge at hand. My role is to bring experience, perspective, and practical thinking to help leaders make confident decisions and move important initiatives forward.

Strategy doesn't come from more planning. It emerges when three things align: Clarity, Energy, and Focus. When any one is missing, leaders get stuck — spinning on decisions, losing momentum, or working hard on the wrong things. I use this framework to help business owners quickly identify where the real work needs to happen, so they can stop overthinking and start moving.
