Who Doesn’t Love a Checklist?

Sometimes a simple checklist is all you need to stay on track. Spreadsheets, mind maps and online applications all serve a purpose, but can also over-complicate things. Here are a few basic tools that I customize for business clients. Many of these have additional related materials, and most can be converted to fillable forms or can be included in marketing strategies, sales playbooks and training manuals.

Daily Planning List

There are hundreds of daily planners and calendars out there. But this is a version of the tool that I use daily to make sure I focus on my Big 3 every day, and always keep my higher order priorities top of mind.

Your Customers

Who is your target customer, customer avatar or persona? What problem are they trying to solve? Where do they hang out online, how do they make their buying decisions, and how can your products / services help them?

Weekly Sales Activity - Monthly View

A simple checklist to use at the beginning of each week, to set your intentions and hold you and your team accountable for sales activities. This version shows 4 weeks at a time.

Social Media

Using Social Media for your business can be very effective but must be managed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to get full benefits and impact to your bottom line.

Staff Assessment

The success of your business ultimately depends on your staff and/or the team you work with. If you are all working towards common goals and objectives, then everyone wins — your staff, your customers and you!

Weekly Sales Activity — Single Week View

This is the same weekly sales activity checklist, but for only one week so you can really focus on your action items.
